CottonRobin Shipping Policy Overview

CottonRobin is based in Vancouver, Canada and ships to Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Canada: FREE shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before tax, after discounts/rewards).

United States: FREE shipping on orders over USD $150, excluding remote areas where exact rates may vary.

International (outside Canada & U.S.): No standard free shipping threshold — rates are calculated based on destination and service chosen.

For orders to remote areas, they will provide a specific shipping quote at checkout.

Canada: CAD $12 flat shipping for orders under $150.

United States: USD $20 for orders under $150 (remote areas may vary).

International: Rates depend on location and carrier/service selected at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays).

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

During big launches or sales, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Within Canada: ~3–5 business days after processing.

To the U.S.: ~4–8 business days after processing.

International: Varies by destination and service; remote locations may experience extended delivery times.
