Belan.J is based in Vancouver Canada and we ship to most locations within Canada, U.S and internationally. We offer FREE shipping on orders over CAD $100 within Canada, and FREE shipping on orders over US $100 within US, excluding remote areas.

We will give a specific shipping quote for orders shipping to remote areas. For orders to remote areas, a specific shipping quote will be provided. These amounts are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts and rewards have been applied, and before taxes are added.

Shipping Rates:

For orders under $100, shipping rates are as follows.

CAD $16 within Canada
USD $16 within the US
For international orders outside Canada and the US, rates will be calculated according to the location and service chosen.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada). Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, which does not include delivery time. For orders placed during big launches or sale events, the order processing time could be delayed to up to 3-5 business days.

Within Canada: Delivery times vary from 3-5 business days.
International Orders:  Delivery times to the US typically take 4-8 business days after processing. For other destinations, delivery times vary depending on the location and selected service.
Delivery times may be extended for remote locations.
