What are Cotton Robin clothes made from?

Our tees, long sleeve tops, tanks, crop tops, shorts, leggings and beanies are made from a soft bamboo-cotton knit: 66% rayon from bamboo, 28% cotton and 6% spandex. Our pants are a light, linen-look chambray made from 55% hemp and 45% cotton.

Is your clothing good for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?

Cotton Robin started because our daughter has eczema and even soft clothes irritated her skin. Our bamboo-cotton fabric is smooth, soft and breathable, with no scratchy texture, which is what many parents of kids with sensitive skin look for.

Every child's skin is different, so we can't promise our clothes will prevent flare-ups. If your child has a skin condition, follow your doctor's advice.

What ages and sizes do you make?

Our clothing is made for kids aged 1–10. Tees, long sleeve tops and leggings come in sizes 1–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8 and 9–10 years. Tanks, girls' crop tops, girls' shorts and hemp pants come in sizes 3–4 to 9–10 years. Beanies come in Small (ages 1–3) and Large (ages 3–5).

Will the clothes last as my child grows?

Our leggings and tops have a little stretch, so they move with your child, and our pants have an adjustable waistband for a secure fit now and room to grow later. See our Grow-With-Me collection.

How do I wash bamboo-cotton clothing?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then lay flat or hang to dry so the fabric keeps its shape and softness. Don't use bleach, and avoid the tumble dryer.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We're based in Vancouver and ship across Canada, to the United States and internationally.

  • Canada: free shipping on orders over CAD $150, otherwise a flat CAD $12.
  • United States: free shipping on orders over USD $150, otherwise USD $20 (remote areas may vary).
  • International: calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (up to 3–5 during big sales). After that, delivery takes about 3–5 business days within Canada and 4–8 business days to the U.S.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags within 30 days. Sale and "Last Call" items are final sale. To start a return, email hello@cottonrobin.com. See our full return policy.

Can I exchange for a different size?

The quickest way is to place a new order for the size you need, then return the original item. We'll refund it once it arrives.
