Refund policy

We want your family to absolutely love your Cotton Robin organic clothing! If for any reason something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process

Return Guidelines

  • 30-day return window: You may return unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase
  • Original condition: Returns must have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Sale items: All sale and “Last Call” items are final sale, unless otherwise noted on the product page
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Shipping

  • Canadian customers: While we don’t currently offer free return shipping, we can provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once we process your return.
  • U.S. customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping to our Canadian headquarters. We are unable to provide prepaid labels for U.S. returns.
  • International customers: Return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, though often it’s much faster.

Exchanges

To get the new size or style you want as quickly as possible, we recommend:

  • Placing a new order immediately to secure your preferred item and size.
  • Returning the original item through our standard return process once your new order is placed.
  • We’ll issue a refund as soon as your return is received and approved.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Initiating Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cottonrobin.com 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
